Terms of Sale
1.) Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
2.) Currency: All prices listed are in US Dollars.
3.) All orders are subject to credit card approval.
4.) Inventory: Subject to availability.
Shipping
1.)We only ship within the continental United States. Applicable tax will be added to your order total. Final order amount including shipping will be communicated following receipt of your order. Tax will be applied to orders shipped to: ID. Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
2.) Shipping: All products are shipped from the factory or warehouse and the freight costs are prepaid and added to the order as a shipping and handling charge. - Items in stock will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation within 48 hours, which normally would ship in 2 to 4 weeks. We normally ship ground UPS, but reserve the right to ship small orders, (generally 1-6 lbs.), via USPS Priority Mail. All shipments must be sent to street addresses, not P.O. Boxes.
3.) Cancellations: Subject to Dog N Puppy Supply acceptance and terms, this will indemnify Dog N Puppy Supply against any loss. If an order is cancelled before the item has shipped out, the customer will be refunded the amount charged, minus the processing fees (approximately 2%). In the case of a customer wanting to return an item that is functioning properly, the item must be returned at buyers cost in it's original packaging with the original receipt. Customer will be refunded full amount, minus any shipping and restocking fees.
4.) Shipping Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to Dognpuppysupply.com for any UPS shipments. Dognpuppysupply.com will assist in the process of collections.
5.) Shortages: Claims for shortages or errors must be made in writing via mail or email within 10 days from date of purchase.
